Reduce the Risk of Apostille Rejection
One of the most common reasons apostille requests are rejected is an improperly completed notarization. Errors in notarial certificates, signatures, seals, or missing information can delay processing and add costs.
At Signature Plus Notary Services, LLC, we aim to reduce rejection risk by carefully reviewing documents for potential notarial deficiencies before submitting them to the Texas Secretary of State. We work exclusively with knowledgeable, experienced notaries with a proven track record of accuracy, professionalism, and compliance with Texas notarial requirements.
Our goal is to help ensure your documents are properly prepared the first time—minimizing the risk of rejection, preventing unnecessary delays, and providing confidence throughout the apostille process.
Hague Country List
Countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention are eligible for Apostille services. If your document is destined for one of these countries, we can help you get it apostilled.
If the destination country is not part of the Hague Convention, you may need additional steps, such as embassy authentication. Don’t worry—we will guide you through the exact process for your case.
